Shift and schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: $55,499 - $105,499
HEWN is a high-end, multi-line, furniture, lighting, textile, and home accessories showroom located in the Design District that offers a unique methodology for design professionals that streamlines their workflow and focuses on building relationships with their clients. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team to help service our wonderful clients in Northern California. This is an on-site full-time position with an industry-leading salary, commission structure, benefits, and unlimited growth potential
Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of HEWN's product lines, including furniture, lighting, and textiles, in order to assist our clients in a meaningful and mutually beneficial way.
Learn and leverage HEWN’s unique sales and learning tools to streamline the sales and support processes.
Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand clients' design projects and recommend appropriate products and solutions that meet their requirements.
Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times in the showroom.
Work directly with designers and design studios to answer questions, offer sales support, and produce quotes.
Create, develop, and maintain meaningful relationships with current and prospective clients through active listening, sales calls, and social events.
Demonstrate techniques for successful sales and follow-through strategies that foster trust and solidify relationships with our amazing clients. Thus, maximize sales and achieve quarterly sales objectives set by management.
Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide feedback to management on market trends, client feedback, and potential areas for improvement.
Participate in the planning and execution of in-showroom events.
Maintain the showroom's appearance to the highest standards, ensuring products are well-displayed and the environment reflects HEWN's brand image.
Provide timely follow-up on inquiries, quotes, and orders, as well as post-sales support to ensure complete client satisfaction and repeat business.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote HEWN's brand and expand its client base.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge through training sessions and self-directed learning to enhance sales performance.
Create a personal HEWN social media presence to further engage with our clients.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the home goods or furniture industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Comfortable with technology and proficient in Google Suite, QuickBooks, and Notion
